Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £2.99. Standard delivery is free when your order reaches £50 or more after discounts. The Smart Diffuser always ships free; if your order also contains other items, standard delivery is £2.99 unless your order reaches £50 or more.
Can I mix fragrances for the volume discount?
Yes. Choose any combination of our 16 DualFuse™ fragrances. Buy 2 and save 10%; 3 and save 15%; 4 and save 20%; 5 or more and save 25%.
Can I combine the first-order offer with volume discounts?
No. The first-order offer and volume discounts cannot be combined.
Does the Smart Diffuser include a cartridge?
Yes. Every Smart Diffuser includes one complimentary, pre-filled 10ml fragrance cartridge of your choice.
How do I change the Smart Diffuser fragrance?
Remove the used cartridge and slot a new pre-filled Car Couture cartridge into the unit. NO MESS. EASY SWAP.
Can I refill the cartridge myself?
Our cartridges are supplied pre-filled and designed for direct replacement. Do not open, modify or manually refill them.
Will the Smart Diffuser fit my car?
It is approximately 7cm wide and must remain upright in a suitable cupholder. Please measure your cupholder before purchasing.
How long does DualFuse™ last?
How long your fragrance lasts depends on how often you refresh it, the temperature and airflow inside your car. We do not promise a set number of weeks.
How do I use DualFuse™?
TURN. DIFFUSE. CONTROL.
TURN — Briefly turn the securely closed bottle upside down so the fragrance reaches the natural wooden lid and inner pad. Then turn the bottle upright again.
DIFFUSE — The lid gently releases fragrance into your car.
CONTROL — Want a stronger scent? Hold the bottle upside down a little longer before turning it upright. Repeat whenever you want a fragrance boost.
Are the fragrances made by the designer brands referenced?
No. Car Couture is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands. Brand references describe fragrance inspiration only.
