Refund policy

Car Couture is a trading name of Flo's Fancies Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 07804729). Registered office: 34 Dudsbury Road, Dartford, DA1 3BU.

This policy does not affect statutory rights. Online consumers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to cancel an order, subject to applicable legal exceptions, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.

How to return an item

  1. Sign in to your account with the email address you used to order. We will email you a one-time code; no password is needed.
  2. Open your order, select Request return and choose the item(s) and the reason.
  3. Once your return is approved, we will email you the return instructions and a returns label showing our returns address.
  4. Pack the item securely, attach the label and send it using a tracked service. Keep proof of posting.

You can also cancel an order or start a return by emailing with your name, order number and the items concerned.

Condition of returned items

Customers may inspect goods as they reasonably would in a shop but may be responsible for diminished value caused by excessive handling. Return original packaging, accessories and instructions where reasonably possible. Any lawful exclusion for sealed hygiene products applies only where the relevant conditions are met and was made clear before purchase.

Return postage

Customers normally pay the return postage for unwanted goods; we will cover appropriate return costs where legally required for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Keep proof of posting.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method, including standard outbound delivery where legally required on full cancellation; premium shipping supplements need not be refunded.

For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items, contact us with the order details and supporting photos/video where useful.

Smart Diffuser and cartridges

The Smart Diffuser is approximately 7cm wide and must remain upright; please check cupholder fit before purchase. This does not affect cancellation or statutory rights. Replacement cartridges are intended for the Smart Diffuser; each new Smart Diffuser already includes one free cartridge.
