Car Couture is a trading name of Flo's Fancies Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 07804729). Registered office: 34 Dudsbury Road, Dartford, DA1 3BU.

What we collect

We collect information needed to provide our services, which may include names, billing and delivery details, email addresses, telephone numbers, orders, transactions, product preferences, account details, support messages, device/browser details, IP addresses, website usage, cookie identifiers and marketing preferences. Payment providers may process card details directly; Car Couture does not necessarily store full card details.

How we use it

We use information to fulfil orders, process payments, deliver products, provide customer service, handle returns, maintain and improve the website, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and send marketing where permitted. Legal bases may include contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent. Marketing can be unsubscribed from via the email link, transactional communications may continue.

Who we share it with

We may share data with Shopify, payment processors, fulfilment/delivery services, IT providers, marketing and analytics services, fraud-prevention services and professional advisers, where needed. We do not sell personal information. Some providers may transfer information internationally using applicable safeguards.
